Shipping: Please note that when purchasing our products you will be given a total cost; this does not include shipping.  When we recieve your order we will contact you via email or phone with the correct pricing (to include shipping), product availibility, and shipping time.  We take care when shipping your selections to you and prefer to ship UPS whenever possible.  This ensures you the lowest cost and fastest delivery.   Note that yogurt and chevre selections must always ship to arrive within 3 days and must always ship as a stand alone package.  If you have any questions we are just an email or phone call away and are glad to help!
